Dean Sparks, PA-C is a dedicated and highly trained Advanced Practice Provider with a strong commitment to patient-centered, team-oriented care. With extensive clinical experience across primary care, emergency medicine, and community health settings, Dean brings a well-rounded and compassionate approach to every patient he serves.

Dean earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University after completing the Primary Care Associate Program at Stanford University. His medical foundation began in California, where he completed an Associate of Arts degree at Bakersfield College and graduated from the Kern County Paramedic Program, establishing a long-standing dedication to frontline patient care.

Throughout his career, Dean has served diverse patient populations in multiple states, including roles at Heritage Health in Rathdrum, Idaho, Kaiser Permanente in Spokane Valley, Washington, and California Emergency Physicians of America at Kaweah Delta Hospital in Visalia, California. His background in both emergency and primary care equips him to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of medical conditions with confidence and compassion.

Dean is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds active PA licenses in Idaho and Washington. He also maintains current Basic Life Support certification.
