Dr. Sauter lives in Athol, Idaho with her husband and 4 beautiful children. Together they enjoy gardening, beekeeping, and raising bunnies and chickens. They are active members of their local church, Real Life Ministries.

Dr. Sauter received her Bachelor of Science degree at Linfield college where she studied biology and Spanish. She brings a level of Spanish proficiency into her practice that has been instrumental in fostering better communication. She completed both medical school and pediatric residency at Oregon Health and Sciences University, graduating in 2016, and has been in private practice since. While in training, she had the opportunity to spend the summer doing medical missions in Kenya, which was truly a life changing experience and something she hopes to continue.

Dr. Sauter enjoys caring for children from birth through adolescence. It is a privilege to work in a community where she knows her patients both in and out of the office. She is honored to be part of the NW Specialty team and this fantastic North Idaho community.
