Terri Baron is a Physical Therapist with more than 30 years of outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine experience, and a deep commitment to individualized, hands-on care. She brings expertise across the full orthopedic spectrum, spine, shoulder, knee, hip, and foot/ankle, with particular focus on post-surgical rehabilitation, ACL prevention and return-to-sport, manual therapy, and persistent pain. Her clinical philosophy centers on helping patients truly understand their condition, not just treat it.
Terri co-founded and operated Integrity Sports Medicine, a full-service outpatient PT and sports medicine practice in Wisconsin, before going on to hold regional and national leadership roles in clinical education and mentorship. She has presented at the APTA Combined Sections Meeting (CSM) and the APTA Educational Leadership Conference (ELC) on topics including mentorship design and empathy in clinical practice.
One of Terri’s career highlights is serving as an Athletic Trainer at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia, providing coverage for the USA and 11 international men's and women’s field hockey teams, an experience that deepened her appreciation for precision, performance, and the trust athletes place in their healthcare providers.
Terri and her husband Derek are both Northern Wisconsin natives who find Coeur d’Alene a natural fit, the same love of lakes, trees, and seasons they grew up with, only grander in every direction. Together they enjoy exploring the region through hiking, e-biking, and getting out on the water. They are proud parents of their son Reese, a University of Montana graduate, and are never without a dog by their side on the trail.
