Shanell Mannel, RDN, LD, CD is a highly accomplished Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a diverse background in clinical and community nutrition. She is passionate about delivering patient-centered care and applying evidence-based practices to support optimal health outcomes across the lifecycle. Shanell has extensive experience in managing nutrition services, developing tailored interventions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.

Shanell graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from the University of Idaho in 2022. She also holds an Associate degree from North Idaho College, where she achieved a perfect 4.0 GPA in 2020, and another Associate degree from Kansas City Kansas Community College, where she also maintained a 4.0 GPA in 2006.

In addition to her academic achievements, Shanell has successfully managed nutrition programs for schools, provided specialized care for children with complex medical needs, and offered consulting services through her own practice, Roots Nutrition & Wellness, LLC.
