Your Path to Excellence

At NWSH, we have put together a program designed to nurture your nursing talents, guide you through the intricacies of healthcare, and provide unwavering support as you take your first steps into the world of nursing. There are two cohorts beginning at different times of the year following nursing school graduations. We are currently accepting applications.

Our yearlong program is a comprehensive clinical orientation and professional development curriculum tailor-made for new nurses here at NWSH who have less than one year of experience or less than six months of acute-care experience.

New nursing residents will be able to select work in:

  • Surgical Inpatient
  • Perioperative Services
  • Operating Room
  • Urgent Care
  • Endoscopy

At Northwest Specialty Hospital, we are dedicated to equipping Nurse Residents with the knowledge, skills, and experience required for a successful and fulfilling nursing career in whatever specialty field they choose.
