Alexandra Hyndman began practicing with Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists in 2023 and primarily works with Dr. Christopher Anderson.

She graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. She then went on to complete a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree at MCPHS University in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Alexandra has several years experience in orthopedic surgery and neurosurgery including total joints, robotic-assisted total joints and spine fusions, sports medicine procedures and trauma. Prior to joining NWOS, Alexandra worked as a physician assistant with Kootenai Health Neurosurgery Department in Coeur d’Alene and with Orthopedic Physician Associates (OPA) a division of Proliance Surgeons at Swedish Hospital in Seattle.
