Dr. Samantha Easterly, DO, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with specialized training in obstetrics and a deep-rooted passion for providing comprehensive, continuity-based care. With years of hands-on experience in diverse clinical settings, Dr. Easterly is dedicated to serving patients of all ages—offering preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health, pediatrics, and prenatal through postpartum care.

Dr. Easterly earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from A.T. Still University – School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona, a program grounded in a holistic philosophy that aligns with her belief in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. She completed her residency in Family Medicine with Obstetrics at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, where she served as Chief Resident and gained extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Throughout her career, Dr. Easterly has provided full-spectrum primary care to individuals and families, including underserved rural populations. Her clinical background includes managing acute and chronic medical conditions, performing in-office procedures, overseeing prenatal care and deliveries, and addressing a wide range of mental health and preventive health needs. She takes pride in being a consistent and accessible provider for her patients, supporting them through every stage of life with empathy, respect, and a collaborative approach.

Dr. Easterly is known for her strong communication skills, patient-centered care, and ability to create trusting, long-term relationships.
